When to contact us
By involving us early on in your project we can ensure any alterations to building works etc. which might enhance the integration of equipment can be made with minimal cost/impact on your programme. Cables can be installed at the same time as your electrics and delays to your project can be avoided.

We offer a no obligation Specification Service and can meet you and your family at home to discuss the options in more detail. We'll take you through the possibilities and discuss how best to integrate the equipment into your home, taking consideration of aesthetics, acoustics and function. Most importantly we'll listen. Each member of the family will often want different things from the system and we can advise on the best route to keeping everyone happy and entertained.

Design
Communication is key at this stage and to ensure we communicate precisely with all parties on the project we add our design to the project CAD drawings and make early contact with those parties to ensure everyone understands our scope. This allows us to identify early on in the project the requirements our installation may place on other trades and vice versa.

Install
The cable installation can be carried out by our own team or drawings and supervision given to site electricians. Our engineers perform the second fix installation of the equipment and then test and commission the system.

System Training
A client handover is performed along with operating manuals and full training to ensure you get the most from your investment. We design our systems to be simple to operate but are always available to answer any questions you may have.

Support
Our work is guaranteed for two years and the equipment we supply for 1 to 10 years depending on manufacturer. We also offer an optional Service Agreement which covers unlimited telephone support and callouts as well as a remote diagnostic service (subject to the system installed) and annual Software Updates. Most of our work comes through recommendation, a trend we wish to continue.
