As a developer there is no benefit installing high specification hardware of any kind if you can't communicate its benefits and therefore value to prospective buyers of your properties. For each project we produce development specific sales literature and point of sale material.

Staff Training
Its is important your Sales Staff/Agents know what is they are selling. The technical competence of Sales Staff varies massively so in our training with your staff/agents we keep strictly to the Key Selling Features and how to operate the system. We are happy to deal with specific technical questions your customers may ask directly.

Whilst good Sales Literature and good Sales Staff training are an essential part of the sales process, the place where all this technology works its magic is in the show room.

Having the same soothing music playing throughout the show home as prospective buyers are viewing adds a fantastic atmosphere to your show home and conveys what a thousand words on the spec sheet cannot. The process
Hip undertake 1st fix installation or provide the schematics to the electrical installer together with detailed work instructions. Hip engineers install and test the HipKIS Konnect hardware and any developer specified HipKIS Options.

Hip provides Sales Literature and System and Sales Training to your Sales Staff to maximise the impact of your investment. Hip provides comprehensive after sales support to the home owner.

Welcome Pack
We want your client to enjoy their system from day 1 so our welcome pack is designed to make life as simple as possible. We include a clear and concise development specific Owners Manual, all the patch cables, tv aerial cables etc. to make the experience as quick and exciting as possible. We even include a Technical Support Helpline number should they need some assistance.

Two Year On Site Warranty
The Warranty covers all Parts and Labour on site or otherwise. If after phone based trouble shooting the problem cannot be resolved a Hip Engineer will be on site within five working days.
